Syfactor is the personal project of Simon Ross with the aim of creating his perfect all-round Mountain Bike.

Finished Prototype Bike

This is the first Frame I have ever made. I am a mechanical engineer at a leading flexwing microlight manufacturer in Redhead Australia. I made this bike in my spare time, (in hundreds of hours of my spare time).
• No shortcuts were made in its production. All materials are the highest quality, and all components are custom 3D modeled, CAM programmed, and CNC machined by one person, me. (Wayne welded it for me, Thanx Wayne) Every Jig was machined to absolute precision on the highest quality CNC machinery.
• V2 is on its way.

The Ride
• The bike was made for advanced pilots, and I have to say I am stoked with how it rides, so plush! Geometry that just begs to be railed at high speed, the kind of bike where you cannot help but go all out, ‘cause this bike is made for excessive singletrack speed. Just the way I like it.
