Manufacture

• 3D design allowed full CAM (Computer Aided Machining) capabilities to be utilized for the manufacture of all of the components and Jigs for manufacture. A Haas Vertical Milling machine was used to make all of the complicated linkages and dropouts etc… along with performing perfect mitering of the tubes.

Materials

• Materials Highest quality available tubing (Easton 7005 Aluminium). The frameset is lightweight, it is an all mountain bike, but not made for big jumps, you should get a heavy bike for that.

Welding

• The frame was welded at a civil aviation authority approved manufacturing facility by Wayne, who has more than a decade of welding experience behind him. Of course the frame was correctly post weld heat treated to Easton specifications.

Finishing

• The frame was anodized, which saves up to 200g per frame, while providing a durable and striking finish.
